Autumn Generosity

Lovely sunny afternoon here, so a prowl in Cemetery Road to see what I can find. For several years now an old rotting tree stump has produced spectacular fungi , sure enough it's doing it again : I find them so beautiful.
I wore those shoes and walked reasonably well : though now the next challenge. An injury I managed to give myself early July, seems to have activated an acute Arthritis in my right hip ( according to Physio at my community hospital ), so they will scan it. Meanwhile, I'm back to all the old remedies : cod liver oil, devils claw, and perhaps glucosamine ( I'd abandoned that on grounds of cost ). Any other ideas welcome!
I must confess to swearing loudly when physio said it!.
