Wandered around Byres Road this morning exploring the haunts of my past. Very cosmopolitan nowadays; even Ruthven Lane has 'the Indian Centre for Yoga' and 'the Hanoi Bike Shop'. A lot of my life as child, teenager, student and employee revolved around this area and although shops have come and gone, there is still a studenty, slightly bohemian feel to the place.

Had some tapas in Cafe Andaluz, but just small portions as we're meeting my old school friend and her husband for a meal tonight.
