Turkey Tail?

I see a lot of this fungi around and I think it may be a type of Trametes versicolor aka Turkey Tail aka Many-zoned polypore. If it is then it has long been used in Chinese medicine and is currently the subject of scientific trials in America looking at its potential use to boost cancer patients' immune systems during chemotherapy.
