Underground, overground ...
On the quest for square-framed subjects for the Square September challenge, my feet drew me towards the canal. On the way there, I spied the underpass below the A419 Stroud bypass, and remembered there was some good street art there. I took several shots of the countryside-themed tongue-in-cheek mural, but this is the best, and the one that best suits the square crop.

After that I bought a ticket for the Stroud folk festival on 21st Sept, then went to Waitrose for a free coffee and some past-its-best cake. Back at home, I roasted some courgettes and considered the bedroom tax; my mother's health; and the state of the world today. Then I poured another glass of wine....
