Nostalgia

Wednesday lunch date with Hubby.

We were visiting the in-laws so decided on a bit of nostalgia at lunch time. We went for lunch at the cafe both of us visited weekly as children. Freddie, the cafe owner is no longer with us however, his son Paul, is now the owner of this establishment.

The decor has changed over the years and the menu has also been revised but the popular choices remain. Hot cheese and onion rolls and cheeseburgers. Washed down with the best Italian coffee in The Vale.

Doesn't half take you back.
