Malawi Board

Today was a coming of age for Wells for Zoe, the first all Malawian board meeting.
It is a huge compliment to our workers that they can take a huge step towards managing their own affairs. We are so delighted to see the huge progress.
From left are Robert our manager of farms, Alepher our nurse, manager of health matters and recording secretary, Anna our official advisor and just retired District Education Manager in the Ministry, Harisen the boss of all matters, the CEO or whatever title might be appropriate at any given time, Casca is manager of Education and accounts and Charity is manager of human resources and care.
Their Agenda was far reaching and we await reports.
A big day indicating enormous progress.
