Moth

About 3-4 weeks ago, my girlfriend came over to stay the night, she's mottephobic - has a fear of moths. After dinner, she went upstairs to find a blanket when i herd a scream and followed it. She saw this Moth in the centre of the hallway and wanted me to getyt rid of it. Before i did, i wanted to get a quick snap while it stood still.
Like the daddy long-legs photo, i used my camera's super-macro setting and flash to capture this "beast".

Although the colours of the background arn't that great and the flash removes some of the detail on its surface, you can still see in more detail, than what the human eye can.
