Pineau Charente...

...is the local wine made of these grapes. There are fields upon fields of these beauties. Curt and I did one last photography session before he and Lorna start the drive up through France and onto Scotland. We went behind the gites and stood ourselves amongst fields of sunflowers on one side of the dirt road and vines on the other side.

It's been a nice time, even for just a few days.
