Bon appetit!!

So this was my first attempt at cooking Indian food. Tried a Tikka Masala, and although it doesn't look the best, I was quite happy with it. Had a little trouble thickening up the sauce, but otherwise it all went well, and it tasted great. Of course it will be a lot better next time.

Haven't been on here very much of late, been having a bit of a chilled, relaxing vacation, doing as little as possible, other than hanging out with my 4 nephews whenever I can. I am actually heading back to work again next week. Its sure crept up on me again. I will be in Vancouver and Alaska for 6 weeks before heading back to the Caribbean for a few months, so I promise to be more active again with blip. Back blips from New York start here.
