A Change of Scene

After work I headed along to Portobello to meet with WhiskyFoxtrot. Had a coffee in The Espy then had a wander along the prom.
A lovely night for it, the sky was colourful and the sea was doing what it does best.
The night has given me things to think about and a book to read.

Had to step out of work a few times today to get fresh air, my chest was burning and my heart racing. Deep breaths and being aware of my breathing and counting helps. I know that now.
