This is a shot of the MSP offices in the Scottish Parliament complex at Holyrood in Edinburgh.

The building has been dogged by controversy since the original concept put forward by Catalan architect Enric Miralles who died before it was officially opened in 2004. This was three years later than the original scheduled opening date and it cost £414million - way beyond the original estimate of between £10 and £44million.
