Phases of the Acorn

Found this amongst the hundreds of Acorns that seem to be falling onto the roadsides. A sure sign that Autumn is o its way, and boy was it nippy at 5.30am when I left the house. The sunset was a bit grim this morning and a super hectic day at work meant leaving the blip until this evening.

I'd really wanted to go for a run tonight but I just couldn't muster up the energy!
