Glasgow - View from the 13th Floor

"My name is Carol.....I live on the 13th floor." Fans of Susan Vega may recognise this. One summer, on the way to Portugal, this track seemed to play incessantly and formed the backdrop to our holiday. Here

This is the view from our hotel. Unfortunately I don't like lifts, but am being forced to overcome my fears. The staff here are so friendly, in such a warm, Glaswegian way that it makes me quite homesick! Don't mind me, I'm biased.
