A surprising number of happy smiling faces in the office today! I was expecting at least one or two grumpy sore heads! The chat around the office was all about how lucky we are to get such a nice day out with everything laid on free of charge. Apparently some employers won't even run to supplying staff with tea or coffee :)

Back to the dentist for jake this morning. Braces all tightened up again and he is once again on yogurts and liquid till the pain eases.

We headed down to the beach for a walk. Bright and fair but the sea was quite choppy indicating fresher weather offshore....lets hope it stays there!
