From your perspective

Much of my work is about thinking, asking, and writing about things from the perspective of different people. I also spent a large chunk of my life, from my teens until my early thirties, worrying about, and caring for, my mother who had a progressive illness. It's funny I think it's only just occurred to me looking at this image that photography is the first thing I've ever done that focuses on, and helps me develop, the way I see things. Perhaps that's part of the appeal. Although, I found myself focusing on the street as seen through someone else's eyes here.
