A Visitor To My Lunch Bowl

This morning at work I lifted my cereal bowl off the desk in preparation for making my lunch... and this little lady or gentleman was sitting in the bowl!

Since spiders are of course rather useful creatures, I took him / her outside and let him/her play on the grass. Then I went back into the office, took the bowl to the kitchen and washed it.

A lot.

That was after taking the photo, of course. I am pretty impressed with my little Sony point-and-shoot, showing the critter's eight eyes and also it looks as if it has a missing leg or two...

And of course, my apologies to anyone who found this showing up unexpectedly on their screen!
