hot chillies ..........

home grown chillies seemed to be sending us a message ............... remember to test how hot a chilli is you should cut a small piece from the red chilli nearest the stalk end , not the tip of the chilli, and taste it as they do vary in heat strength (scoville scale) ..... it's the stalk end that is the hottest part of the chilli .....
