Reflection time

Another enjoyable day with the team from LA Fitness. This time with GM's from the North and Midlands.

This was taken near the end of a (full on) Leadership day. An opportunity to take a little time for self reflection and identify key learnings and actions.

I love working with people in sport, leisure, health and fitness. They are such positive, passionate, work hard/play hard people.
