Juicer

My friend in Chicago had a juicer, and made some great juice. I missed it, so I bought the same juicer :D

The only thing is that it leaves a fair bit of pulp. I find it a shame to throw it away. So experiment no. 1 was to mix it in with pancake batter. I mixed about half of the pulp with some batter, which made four pancakes. Threw the rest away. Next time I'll try and make some carrot cake (when I don't juice spinach with it).
