Peekaboo

My last day in Devon today and I'm posting this from the train home. I had a stroll down the lane near my friend's house this morning, and after the overnight rain, there were plenty of these snails in evidence. This afternoon we did a very nice woodland walk near a haunted castle, the name of which I can't remember. We saw a very nice Wood Cauliflower - Sparassis crispa, but the snail was more photogenic.
