Today I travelled to Brighton to meet hubby from work, we had a spot of lunch when I say lunch I mean hubby had two 99p burger king burgers and I had a coffee. After this rather extravagant tasty treat we made our way to hospital for an appointment with the guys who saved his life...
TWO Bloody hours later I was climbing the walls sat in an uninspiring waiting room playing a game of let's text each other even thought we are sat side by side... Turns out the doc who we saw managed to give us more information than any we had spoken to before..

The discs they removed with the infection have NOT grown any new bacterium which is excellent and all though its still early day after the surgery he is doing fine.. They don't need to see him anymore but if he ever feels concerned about anything then he can call them!! The infectious disease team are still a little perplexed about the origin of the infection and again asked if we had visited maybe India or Mexico hubby replied no but we did go to Jersey last year ;)
