Lots of showers

I was determined to give Bonnie a walk in the Keswick area today after finishing some work there at lunchtime. Typical, after a decent morning, the heavens opened as soon as we arrived at the car park. We waited in the car for a good 20 minutes for it to stop, it didn't so took a chance and went somewhere else. That was a good move and we ended up in the car park which has an easy walk to Latrigg and this is the view enroute. I liked the lighting and the clouds in this image oh and the lake below is Derwentwater.

I stopped in a layby on the way home to use the mobile and took this shot of some very black sky complete with sun dog albeit a faint one. Well I think its a sun dog!
