Sunrise (for a change)

Woke at 0630 this morning and captured this.
A day of two halves, lovely sunshine in the morning, heavy rain showers in the afternoon.
A day in which I did nothing, the blues didn't kick in till later on.

Tomorrow is a busy day, appointment with the dietician, then back up to the ward for a check over :-(
