English Muffins

Muffins...of the English variety. Made yesterday. Still some left!

Spent the day in a conference at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh. Walked home to get some fresh air. It felt chilly despite a little sunshine. Went to my gym class this evening...it felt like hard work but I am glad I went. Good to now be home and exercised and ready to rest!
