left the absolutely scorching heat of home, and flew to chicago today - once again this year. waited forever for the avis bus, again. made the drive over to iowa, again. stopped at the same travel centers (an 'oasis' as it's referred to in illinois), again. back at the hotel near the mall, again. needless to say, i'm going through a bit of a 'groundhog day' moment.

i forgot my personal camera, so i'm using the work camera this week. they're essentially the same, except for the work one is covered in filth from all of the site visits - still takes a decent picture though (for my standards).
