Busy busy bee

So craft fair on Saturday went ok there was actual exchanging of goods for money :)

I was also able to get some more work done on this embroidery panel, it's number 3 of 4 of a quilt project I've had in my little head for a few years as a present. I was given all the panels (which are actually antimacassars) and other embroidery stuff by friend whose grandmother had given them to her. Only she doesn't do embroidery or much sewing. So in between projects I have been embroidering these panels with the intension of making a quilt to give to my friend (I have to admit that this panel was started over two years ago before everything was boxed up for our move. I will have to make more time to sit and finish it).

I also got to chat with a toy maker about the process of testing and self certificating to legally sell toys as they need the CE mark, I have been getting info together for a while but it still seemed a bit daunting but she has put my mind to rest and so today I have been forging ahead with my plans, material has been purchased, I've printed out all the documents I need to read and info on how to create my technical file and do the testing :) next step will be a trip to b&q to buy some clamps for part of the testing process ... I will have to burn a poor defenceless toy for the flammability test *sobs*

Yesterday we cleared the bedroom for the electrician to come back and today I booked the return visit - this Friday (hoping the date isn't going to signal anything dire).

Rest of my day was spent ringing up about a refund I am due but complicated as its from an error before I was married and they need marriage cert which was eaten by a bunny a couple of years ago, I am waiting to find out if they will accept anything else but in the mean time I have actually ordered a replacement - it takes 15 days from date of order until dispatch.

Outstanding job of the day is to pay my car tax, I will have to do that tomorrow.

Oh and I also managed to fit in the shopping this morning (why does it get more and more expensive).

I am very tired.

When I get tired my throat gets sore (stupid M.E)

Oh but in other news the rash on my face has cleared up hurrah, it's just left me with a patch or two of dry skin boo.
