Three Rishton scenes.

A good sunny start to the week, but then very changeable.
We have just had a roll of thunder too, which is not surprising as it is very close, and there has been some rain as well.
Such a wonderfully diverse pattern of weather.
Maria and friends are in Great Harwood, sharing happy times before they go to uni.
Two of the friends are going to Durham, and one has already been accepted on a four year MA course, having achieved outstanding A star and A grade A level results.
I have done all the housework, and now I am enjoying a Rosamunde Pilcher film, Shades of Love , and knitting a scarf for The People's Friend Red Cross appeal.
