Learning to sign in Nepal
IMPACT Nepal's rural Fieldworkers train deaf children in Nepali sign language. Twice weekly lessons, combined with children eager to communicate, mean that students make fast progress.
Our local colleagues have told us 'These language classes will help them to communicate and express their needs in daily life. It really is one of the most effective programmes in this area'.
