Double fancy

Caught up with a couple of old colleagues in town today and took the opportunity of blipping this shop I used to pass on my way to work, a fancy shop selling fancy goods. They seem to deliberately put the bright plastic stuff on the pavement to stand out from the other shops and it works. Would love to know what it started out as, probably something equally fancy but not plastic.
