A day spent doing dull but necessary tax related things. Very thankful to Grandma and Grandad who kept Em amused for the day so we could trek through the forest of paperwork. One tax return done, another to go. Managed to get out in the evening light, a rare treat, usually busy with Em's bedtime. These blooms glowing at the side of the road caught my eye.
My single one and only shot today.


(Anybody know what these flowers are called? An annual I think)
