So...Today was the welcome service for Lauren as our new Children's Worker at church (even though she started on Aug 1st!) and the cushion is a present from the children to her - and has been my 'project' every evening over the last week. My job was to go over the children's self portraits to make them good and bold (Cathie and her mom sewed it all together. And Cathie sewed the buttons on the back on the train yesterday!)
As she (Lauren) opened the prezzy you could hear various children around the congregation saying "I did that!" :) Everyone happy all round! :)

Spent the rest of the day fixing the roses at the front door and trying to put my mind to school work!!!!
