Goddess of shopping?

I don't know whether this lady is intended to be some kind of shopping goddess or not, but if she is.... I could rival her for the title. I nipped to Selfridges for coffee capsules and came out with a new briefcase. How does that happen? I notice she is holding a magnifying glass, is that to examine the bank balance of the patrons?
