Tortured Hens

Yesterday I had the privilege of attending my aunt's hen do in Edinburgh. It was a fantastic day. Our first stop was a private tour by Mercat with this fine young chappie telling us gruesome tales of torture, murder and execution above ground and from there some lovely chilling ghost stories in the vaults. This is my Aunt Samantha and friend Gillian demonstrating some of the torture suffered by two women who were sentenced to death for toasting the King.
