Kitchen diner in progress!!

Our house under renovation- one day hopefully we'll be living there- it's sometimes too much like 'Grand Designs' for comfort. It's taken ages to assess bat requirements, resulting in large areas of the roof space reserved for bats , together with several new bat boxes. We like bats, and hope to see them flying around our garden from their new deluxe accommodation, but don't think the current planning processes relating to the little creatures is the best way of saving them- probably the reverse-I suspect it will drive less honest and ecologically people than ourselves to eliminate any signs of bats at the earliest opportunity!!
