Lovely day for a run!

I joined lots of others for Bug Running Day and headed out for a run at 9:30 this morning. My son enthusiastically ran with me and my daughter brought her bike! Lovely down by the river Kent as we trotted along..

Only 3km round trip with a church break in the middle but good to be out getting fit with my family!
