Bikers Behind

It's Saturday afternoon in Northampton, and this group of bikers was waiting in the left-turn lane behind me, in the center of town. They turned east when the light changed; I continued straight, heading for home.

I had been at a lovely exhibition at Northampton's Forbes library, presenting three photographers in its Hosmer Gallery, all in black-and-white. One, Paul Hetzel, is a member of our photo club, the Pioneer Valley Photographic Artists (PVPA). He is showing marvelous images of the Cistercian Abbey of Silvacane in southern France--it's near our regular destination in the Camargue, and we have visited it.
