Rhubarb rhubarb rhubarb

There's a certain frustration in this picture. I have managed to grow something rather wonderful to look at and fabulous to eat.

The problem? I don't like rhubarb. It's like gin and tonic and Brussels sprouts in that I have only ever really enjoyed it very very rarely. Last time was at my favourite French Aunty Denise. It may have had something to do with her being a marvellous gardener and grower of all things fruit, it was more likely to have been the fruit, sugar, custard, pastry ratio.

I think it's likely to end up in Mickaels kitchen, he and our lovely customers are perhaps a more appreciative audience.
