Schmautumn

The weather forecasters have been heralding Autumn for days.
Well, apart from a brief shower around midday we still had sunshine and t-shirts here today.
I have nothing against autumn as a season but officially autumn doesn't start until 22nd September so I wish everyone would shut up and enjoy late summer.

I ignored the weather forecasts and washed loads and loads of washing, and hung it out to dry. Otherwise I had a fairly quiet day with Tess. I think the highlight of my day was hearing that Joel, our 16-yr-old son, went for a cycle ride and a cream tea with his pal. Cute, huh? :)
