Sun Setting in Greenwich

I've had an abiding interest in underwater tunnels since I was a boy. The Greenwich Foot Tunnel is one of the oldest in the world, so vehicular or not it's always likely to fascinate me, especially as its so near where I live.

I visited Cutty Sark Gardens and the tunnel this evening because I was in a low mood and really wanted to get out of the house. The sunset made a big difference thankfully! I find the refurbished south portal is particularly beautiful in certain light - there always seems to be a new way of seeing it!
