it's a pretty busy place

Sienna spent the afternoon recreating a small town scene (although a small town with a very large castle and outdoor swimming pool complex!) Her 'people' were busily engaged with many activities and having conversations that I recognise only far too well - lots of orders being barked out!

Other news in our small world today...my son is now officially taller than me at 12 years and 4 months - my baby boy that I cradled and piggy backed around for years is now a big thing and growing!

An early start is ahead - a family bike trip tailored around a rowing session for the eldest - it is that or go swimming with the kids and since a week ago we were in the beautiful waters of an alpine lake in Switzerland, I just don't think we are ready for the joys of an indoor municipal pool!
