Evening peddle.

Got home from work today on the bike and Ruaraidh informed me that he had got a new bell for his bike (since starting to ride his bike properly the other week there has been no stopping him!) and Jamie got one for his scooter. So they wanted me to go out on my bike with them so we could all ring our bells!

So we took Flynn off down to the loch and make a right racket!!

Its the first time that I've taken my bike out with them to and I'm looking forward to Jamie being able to peddle properly so we can all enjoy cycling together.

I'm hoping they'd maybe enjoy cycling along side me if I'm out for a run.......but I'm not holding my breath. Mr J came out with me one time years ago and moaned all the time until he finally turned round and went home!!!

Poor Flynn had trouble keeping up but we waited for him and luckily Jamie wasn't' going too fast on his scooter anyway so the pace wasn't particularly fast!

Anyway.....lovely evening down there.

I'm away to fix my puncture on my other bike, my racer, which has been lying in the shed with a flat tyre since the Etape!! yes, i'm lazy!
I'm hoping to get some extra miles in on the way to work in the morning since Sunday is a later start at work.
