Graffiti on my heart

The grocery store near my house is a two blocks walk, so if I'm just going to redbox and its early enough, I will walk there. I found this on the back side of the building. Haven't seen it before. Makes me think about hearts - we're so fragile, sometimes our hearts can shatter a tiny bit.
