Flora of Barbados

We took a tour called "Flower Power" which consisted of the Orchid World garden and another botanical garden called Andromeda. As the island generally has been so so quiet we practically had both these parks to ourselves which was all rather enjoyable.

It wasn't until we did a bit of research that we realized that the snails here on the island which are MASSIVE are the giant African snails. We also spotted and captured a few pics of some wee lizards and a lot of Orchids and flowers. I loved the giant leaves and foliage though due to how green they were and the drops of water on them after some showers.

This has to have been one of our most relaxing holidays yet.
