A Long Wait

It was very wet and windy this morning and very foggy this afternoon but we were promised sunshine at 7pm. However by the time the blue sky reached the east side the sun was still behind the remaining fog in the west so no sunshine. Not that the dog complained about a visit to a deserted beach in the evening.
