Lardiflette

We have just had this Tartiflette for supper- I made it this morning as I have spent the rest of the day working. It works really well just putting it in the oven to cook and go toasty on top.
I now feel ( and look) a bit like the Buddha behind .
It's so calorific that my brother- in - law calls it Lardiflette.
Hope you are all having a lovely weekend- we had an amazing thunder clap and rain this afternoon- good for the veggies.
