What a disappointing day. Drove to Cornwall for our pre- booked flight on the Percival prentice to be told it was grounded a month ago. Did no one tell you? NO was my reply and we have come from London. Mmmm. A hasty retreat and 30 minutes later, a pilot had been conjured from no-where for 11am Sunday . So, we will fly in a different plane tomorrow , we hope.

On the plus side, took all three grandkids out to dinner whilst the parents go off to a wedding reception for the evening at a posh hotel in Looe. A nice relaxing evening ahead for us. Just as well as I have eaten far toooooo much.
