River Almond

For some reason (on a whim) I bought a ND filter on Thursday. It arrived yesterday so I took it for a walk today.

Overnight rain had swollen the river, and it thundered through this rocky defile below Grotto Bridge (1757). The rocks were slippy and I did well not to tumble for a dip.
