Sculpture & Spire...

Helaine Blumenfeld's sculptures around and in Salisbury Cathedral, which have been on display since April end their exhibition tomorrow.

I had photographed one inside the Cathedral but to my mind - and eyes - the ones outside are even better, as they contrast against the regal splendour of the Cathedral Spire. The colour has not been increased in saturation. Take a closer look in LARGE.

The thunder, lightning and rainstorms had cleared just in time to leave a clear sunset, when I took this, with the Nikkor 10-24mm.
