Euber's Bramble Jam

On the way back from walking MP today, we noticed lots of ripe brambles.
Returned to the prickly bushes with containers, and then Eubers began jam making on return.

I asked him if he'd consulted a recipe/the internet, but he said, in true Eubers style, "No, I just went for it!" And very nice tasty it is too.

......need to go and make toast.
......voices in my head are saying to make scones.
......same voices that told me to make a chocolate cake this morning!
