A day of showers

We got caught in one on our way back from the Filmhouse where we had been to see the documentary film InRealLife. Supposedly the film (world) premieres on Monday at the Toronto Film Festival but we saw it today - how does that work? I think they called it a special preview. And the director, Beeban Kidron, was there too for a Q&A afterwards. The film asks what the internet is doing to society and to the younger generation in particular. As a film it asks questions rather than giving many answers, but probably no less important for that. As Beeban said afterwards she has produced an analogue film for the digital age that doesn't overload the audience with information but gives them time to contemplate the issues.
